HTC, who are head quartered from Taipai are a Taiwanese mobile phone manufacturer. A recognised brand now in the UK, HTC has been leading mobile innovation for 10 years and in 2016 made the jump into Virtual Reality with their head mounted HTC Vine.
HTC have been proud sponsors of UEFA for several years. In 2015, their collaborative advertisement partnership with UEFA grew, giving HTC the opportunity for broad coverage across UEFA’s Europa League and Champions League competitions.
HTC required a new Mobile APP that offered users live data, stats, analytics and match feeds across both competitions. HTC also required a Facebook Photo APP and required delivery in less than one month.
A fantastic, Android APP was created which allowed the user to access everything and anything related to the UEFA competitions. User Experience was important and formed a significant part of the conceptualization phase.
Further to stats and data, the APP allowed HTC handset users to watch the 2015 Champions League Final, live through their mobile device.
